No functionality

I expected more for this app. It simply repeats the same information from the tables in the book with no added value.

The running program is good for training but what you are buying with this app is simply an advertisement to buy the book.

Note to developer: timing and distance tracking, at a minimum, would be very helpful so you could measure your performance against the prescribed runs.
